My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was small and not well laid out, it did have all the essentials like a comfortable bed, a well-designed bathroom, and coffee and tea available. The service was a bit hit and miss; while some staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, others seemed stressed and overwhelmed. The location, however, was unbeatable, right on the edge of the medieval city. The dining options were good overall, but a bit overpriced considering the nearby choices. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were quiet and overlooked the pool area, making it a peaceful retreat. Booking through the hotel directly would have been cheaper, but the double windows made the room exceptionally comfortable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable with a huge walk-in, multi-headed shower and a large flat screen TV on the second floor. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Sarlat, making it super easy to explore. The service varied from surly to incredibly helpful, especially with getting us a safe parking space. The dining experience was top-notch with better coffee available down the street. The facilities were great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!
